As a holistic practitioner, I believe in treating the whole person.
I encourage all my patients to supplement our talk therapy with body work. I provide body sensation and muscle tension relaxation techniques using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I can also help you develop a personalized treatment plan with referrals to quality providers and resources in your area specializing in the following:
- Cardiovascular exercise at least 30 minutes 3/x a week
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Acupuncture
- Nutritional organic balance
